The product, opened or unopened, can only be returned within specific trial time periods. The product may have either a 100 Night Money Back Guarantee or a 60 Night Money Back Guarantee. Please see below for details.

If you wish to return the product, there is no cost to you, Hush pays for the cost of the label so that returns are free for you.

No exchanges (unless the wrong size) for the All Season Cooling Microgravity Duvet.

Any returned blanket or product will not be eligible for additional subsequent trials (i.e. If you return a Blanket, you will not be eligible for another 100 Night Trial on future orders).

Any customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return the Hush product. To ensure that Blankets can be donated to charities, all returns must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage. Hairs, pet hairs, odours, stains, and misuse will not be accepted.

Hush takes environmental sustainability very seriously, and any damaged or defective product will prevent us from donating our product and result in harmful waste disposal.

Once the return has completed inspection and confirmed, your refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 14 business days or longer depending on the season from the point of arriving at our warehouse. Standard processing time for the funds to be posted by your bank is 3-5 business days after the return is processed.

You will be emailed with your return confirmation right after it is processed.

Note: The fee for shipping insurance is non-refundable (if you purchased it at checkout).

Politique de retour de Hush Mattress

La politique de retour de Hush Mattress est similaire à celle décrite ci-dessus avec deux distinctions importantes.

2. Les retours de matelas sont GRATUITS. Veuillez nous contacter à l'adresse hello@hush.ca pour commencer. Le portail de retour ne fonctionnera pas pour générer une étiquette. Dans la mesure du possible, nous organiserons une livraison à un centre de don.

Échanges de poids

Si la taille ou le poids commandés sont incorrects, un échange de taille unique sera proposé dans les 30 jours suivant la réception de votre produit. Cette demande doit être communiquée à Hush dans les 30 premières nuits. Afin de limiter notre empreinte carbone et notre impact global sur l'environnement, Hush considérera l'échange de taille comme l'achèvement de la garantie de remboursement de 100 nuits.

Promotional Items & Bundles

Hush values and appreciates your business. As part of Hush promotions, from time to time we offer a promotional item with your Hush purchase. If you decide to return your order and it falls under the threshold of the Hush promotion at the time of purchase, the promotional items must be returned, as per Hush's Return Policy.

If you wish to keep the Hush promotional product, you will be able to keep the item at a discounted price, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Additionally, your promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you purchase a bundle, each individual item within the bundle is subject to its respective return policy and is eligible for return in accordance with the terms and conditions specified for each item. If you wish to return only part of the bundle, the refund will be prorated based on the individual prices of the returned items minus the bundled discount.

From November 17–30, 2025, customers can receive 40% off sitewide on most Hush products. No discount code is required; the offer will automatically appear at checkout.

The discount excludes the Graph-Iced Mattress and may not apply to select items or bundles at Hush’s discretion.

Orders totaling $199 or more before tax qualify for one (1) Free Hybrid Pillow. Customers may select their preferred size (Standard or King) and must add the pillow to their cart at checkout. Only one pillow can be redeemed per qualifying order. The free gift must be redeemed at the same time as the qualifying order; it cannot be claimed retroactively.

Hush Cash Cards earned from prior promotional events may be applied toward eligible purchases during the sale. Cash Cards are applied before taxes and after all applicable discounts. There is no minimum spend required to redeem Cash Cards.

What Do We Do With Returns?

We try to donate as many returned blankets as we can according to our GiveBack program.

Our goal with Hush has always been to help as many people as possible. And even if 1 person may not find it working for them, we believe a Hush can still serve its purpose elsewhere!


Cancellation Policy

Hush processes orders quickly and as a result, we may not be able to cancel an order; however, we will do our best to help cancel an order if we receive notice in time and there will be no cost to you.

If cancellation of an order is not possible due to timing of the cancellation request, Hush will provide you with a pre-paid return label to return the order once you receive it.

This same policy applies to pre-ordered items as well. If you wish to cancel a pre-ordered item, we can help to cancel the order prior to the order reaching our Warehouse.

If the order is already in process, you can return it once you receive it. We will send you a pre-paid return label for you to return it and you will receive a full refund.
