Hush Daily Order Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
The Hush Daily Order Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Hush Blankets (“Sponsor”), Hush Blankets Inc, 7920 Airport Road, Brampton, ON L6T 4N8.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 8, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 15, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
Each calendar day during the Promotion Period is a separate Daily Entry Period.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of:
Canada (excluding Quebec), and the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, agents, and contractors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and members of their immediate households are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
A. Purchase Entry
During any Daily Entry Period, eligible participants who place an online order at hush.ca will automatically receive one (1) entry into that day’s draw.
Cancelled or fully refunded orders are not eligible.
B. No Purchase Necessary / Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

- Email address

Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per day.
C. Entry Pool
All purchase entries and AMOE entries received for a given Daily Entry Period are combined into a single pool for that day’s draw.
5. Entry Limits
Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of entry method.
Automated, programmed, or robotic submissions are prohibited.
6. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)
A. Daily Prize (one winner per day)
For each Daily Entry Period, one (1) winner will receive:
If the winner entered via purchase:
A refund of the full value of their qualifying order (including taxes and shipping).
If the winner entered via AMOE:
A Hush store credit valued at $350.
Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be redeemed at hush.ca or hushblankets.com.
B. Total ARV
Prize value varies based on the value of the refunded order.
For AMOE winners, the ARV is $350.
7. Winner Selection
Sponsor will conduct a random draw for each Daily Entry Period on the next business day.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received that day.
8. Winner Notification & Verification
Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their entry and must respond within 72 hours.
Canadian Residents Only – Skill-Testing Question
Before being confirmed as a winner, selected Canadian residents (outside Quebec) must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance or mechanical aid, as required by law.
If a selected winner is ineligible, fails to respond, or fails verification requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

11. Governing Law
For Canadian residents (excluding Quebec), these Rules are governed by the laws of Canada and the province or territory of residence.
For U.S. residents, these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
